The important dates of the conference will be as follows:

• Abstract submission:  08.01.2024-25.06.2024 
• Submission of a full paper: 26.02.2024-01.10.2024
• Registration of participants: 08.01.2024-22.07.2024
• Conference: 23.09.2024 – 26.09.2024

IMPORTANT:

Authors will be notified on paper acceptance within two weeks after the full paper submission. If the speaker has to apply for a visa, it is advisable to submit a paper as early as possible in order to avoid problems caused by the long processing time of visa applications.
