The important dates of the conference will be as follows:

• Registration of participants:  01.03.2025-10.04.2025
• Presentation of abstracts: 01.03.2025-20.04.2025
• Notification of acceptance of the abstract: 25.04.2025-05.05.2025
• Invitation to participate in the conference: 05.05.2025-07.05.2025

IMPORTANT:

Authors will be notified on paper acceptance within two weeks after the full paper submission. If the speaker has to apply for a visa, it is advisable to submit a paper as early as possible in order to avoid problems caused by the long processing time of visa applications.
