The important dates of the conference will be as follows:

• Registration of participants:  01.09.2025-10.02.2026
• Presentation of abstracts: 01.09.2025-20.02.2026
• Notification of acceptance of the abstract: 20.02.2026-02.03.2026
• Invitation to participate in the conference: 02.03.2026-05.03.2026

IMPORTANT:

Authors will be notified on paper acceptance within two weeks after the full paper submission. If the speaker has to apply for a visa, it is advisable to submit a paper as early as possible in order to avoid problems caused by the long processing time of visa applications.
